1. Who these terms are with

By using playplan.ai, the PlayPlan web app, or the PlayPlan mobile app (together, "PlayPlan"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What PlayPlan is

PlayPlan helps parents and guardians track junior tennis tournaments — deadlines, who's going, and travel logistics — by organizing publicly available information from tennis federations in one place, and by letting you record your own plans.

PlayPlan is not a registration system. Registering a child for a tournament happens on the relevant federation's own platform (currently Tournament Software, used by NTF and SvTF). PlayPlan links you to the correct page; it does not submit registrations on your behalf, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by NTF, SvTF, or Tournament Software.

PlayPlan is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and we may need to reset data during this period. We'll try to give notice where practical, but during beta there is no guarantee of availability or continuity.

3. Who can use PlayPlan

PlayPlan accounts are for parents and legal guardians managing their own children's tournament planning. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, please don't create a PlayPlan account — ask a parent or guardian to do so instead.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate, to the best of your knowledge
• You are the parent or legal guardian of any child you add, or have their guardian's permission to add them
• You will keep your login credentials secure and not share your account

4. Your account

You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you notice unauthorized access, tell us immediately at hi@wrixit.com.

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings, or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

5. Deadline and tournament information

We source tournament information — dates, venues, age categories, and registration deadlines — from publicly available federation calendars, updated regularly. We work to keep this accurate and to flag when information was last checked.

Even so, PlayPlan is a convenience tool, not the official record. Federations can change dates, deadlines, or details at any time, sometimes without much notice. Always verify a registration deadline against the official source before relying on it — we link directly to it from every tournament page for exactly this reason.

We are not liable for a missed registration, deadline, or tournament that results from inaccurate, delayed, or outdated information appearing in PlayPlan, from a federation changing details after we last synced, or from any technical issue with the service (including outages, notification failures, or bugs). We know this matters — a missed deadline is exactly the problem PlayPlan exists to prevent — but we can only be a second check, not a guarantee, especially during beta.

6. Sharing plans with others

PlayPlan lets you choose to share a plan with your club or with other parents you're connected to. Anything you mark as shared becomes visible to that group, as described in our Privacy Policy. Anything you don't explicitly share stays private.

You're responsible for what you choose to share, and for treating other families' shared information the same way you'd want your own treated — this is a tool for coordinating with your club community, not a public platform.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't use PlayPlan to:

• Add a child who isn't yours and whom you don't have permission to add
• Impersonate another person or club
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the tournament data we've compiled
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service
• Use the service for anything illegal, or that could harm another user, particularly a child

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, particularly anything touching child safety.

8. Fees

PlayPlan is currently free during beta. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll tell you clearly what's included, what costs money, and give notice before anything you're using starts requiring payment. We won't charge you without your clear agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The PlayPlan name, logo, design, and app are owned by WRIXIT AS. You're welcome to use the service for its intended purpose, but please don't copy, reverse-engineer, or repurpose the app or its content beyond that.

You keep ownership of the information you enter (your children's names, your plans, your notes). By using the service, you give us permission to store and process that information in order to provide it back to you — see the Privacy Policy for the detail.

10. Changes to the service

Because we're in beta, we may add, change, or remove features, and occasionally that may affect data you've entered. We'll aim to communicate meaningful changes in advance where we can.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law: PlayPlan is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. WRIXIT AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including — but not limited to — a missed tournament deadline, registration, or event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything relating to how we handle personal data under GDPR, which is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law regardless of what's written here.

12. Ending your use of PlayPlan

You can stop using PlayPlan and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 7, or discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice, particularly relevant during this beta period.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute will be handled by the ordinary courts of Norway, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence says otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email and in the app before it takes effect, the same way we handle changes to the Privacy Policy.
